Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Supervisor in Circleville, Ohio, This is a 3rd shift position. Pay range is $60,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise hourly production employees
• Ensure quality production standards are met
• Monitor, coordinate, promote and enforce safe practices
• Plan daily production activities and resource to ensure smooth operation at minimum cost
• Utilize plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
• Meet/exceed customer requirements
• Determine training needs
• Mentor others in skill development, establish high morale within your department
• Promptly and effectively communicate with co-workers
• Continually work on improving overall down time
• Maintain inventory

Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 3+ years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment or combination of education and experience
• Experience in Automotive field a must
