Are you looking to be part of a successful team? Look no further! CCL Healthcare is currently looking for a Production Supervisor, 2nd shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm).

As the Production Supervisor, this position will balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. The right candidate will supervise employees, plan and assign work, implemens policies and procedures and recommend improvement in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

• Directs the production of quality products within established specifications, and in sufficient quantities to fill orders, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Safety Rules. Fosters an environment that promotes consistent quality product.
• Actively supports and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Work and Safety rules, providing training as necessary.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in regards to personnel activities in a consistent manner, and in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, in the areas of staffing, training, coaching and development, evaluation, discipline, and problem resolution. Performs scheduling, tracks absenteeism and monitors/adjusts timekeeping.
• Continually seeks better production methods – through people, procedures, and/or equipment.
• Provides regular progress reports to Production Manager.
• Exhibits positive and professional behavior including integrity, willingness to learn, results-orientation, effective interaction, acting as a team player, promoting a sense of urgency and a quality focus.
• Meets or exceeds expectations in regards to waste, downtime, on-time delivery and other measures established periodically by management.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelors degree (B.A.) and 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a production environment.
