We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join the Norfolk, NE team.
MILK SPECIALTIES GLOBAL IS OFFERING A $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR THIS ROLE!!!
Starting wage for this position is $22.00 per hour (+ $1.00 night-shift differential). The shift for the position is Days, 6am – 6pm, or Nights, 6pm – 6am.
The Production Operator is responsible for operating equipment in the production area in an efficient and productive manner. Equipment categories include, but are not limited to: Intake, Filtration, Dryer, and Lactose operation.
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (dairy/wet processing preferred) with previous machine operator experience or equivalent skills. Candidate will be required to do basic mathematics, is very mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand tools, and is happy with rolling up their sleeves and doing what it takes to be a team player.
