Job description

Our company is currently seeking an experienced Production Office Assistant. The prime function of this position is to provide support to managers and draftsman. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, printing, reading blueprints and supporting general office production work to ensure optimal operation of the business. Flexibility with scheduled work days and shift preference is required.

Responsibilities:

· -Work closely with Draftsman to create designs and schematics to manufacture products using computer-aided design software

· Assist with answering telephones, filing paperwork and data entry

· General office administration

· Distributing production paperwork

· Running errands and relaying messages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
