Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production operations in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering quality products.

Responsibilities:

-Plan, organize and manage production schedules to ensure production efficiency and timely delivery of products

-Manage and coordinate production team to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity

-Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards as well as AZDHS requirements

-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste and increase efficiency

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as inventory, fulfillment, and sales to ensure successful product launches and ongoing production

-Track use of materials to ensure orders get placed before running out of said materials

-Train and mentor team members to develop skills and enhance performance

-Maintain a positive company culture

Requirements:

Must be 21

Background check

Can stand for long periods of time

Equivalent work experience

Proven experience in production management in a manufacturing environment

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams

Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and develop solutions

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

Demonstrated ability to manage time keeping

Knowledge of safety and quality standards as well as AZDHS regulations
