Essential Functions:

• Printing Parts manuals
• Operators manuals scheduling (with the technical publications group in Hazel Crest)
• Parts routings, working with our engineering estimating tool and the shop to route every part through the shop
• Part entry and release into E9
• Assist with parts books
• Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures for a goal of zero incidents ad injuries.
• Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals (internal and external).
• Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all Company policies to eliminate and or reduce exposure to liability.
• Special projects or work as assigned by the Supervisor.

Experience/Training/Education:

Required: At least two years of college, two years of on-the-job experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Requires regular uses of mathematical formulas for calculations.

Requires analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing drawings, plans, and projects.

Requires ability to understand verbal and/or written directions and instructions.

Requires general office skills such as being able to use the telephone, calculator, copier, fax machine, blue print machine, digital camera, and computer keyboard.

Requires the ability to effectively communicate clearly with other department members.

Physical and Environmental Elements:

Environment includes a non-migratory job where there are moderate noise levels, and average controlled temperatures. most of the time there is no direct contact with hazardous surroundings.

Position occasionally requires trips to shop for investigating, researching, or viewing parts, processes, assemblies, and/or installations. shop activities have the potential to become hazardous.
