Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Control Assistant Manager in the Bremen, Georgia area. This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor shipping and receiving
• Manage logistics for production process
• Check shipping manifests and setup LTL shipments
• Ensure inventory records are accurate
• Prepare inventory reports

Experience Needed:

• At least 5 years of production control experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience coaching, counseling, and promoting a safe work environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience completing production reporting and timekeeping
• Ability to work in a team environment with other departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
