Responsibilities:
- Data entry for packaging work orders on a daily basis
- Check all related documents (Operator’s paperwork) for completeness and accuracy
- Arrange packet in proper sequence/order for next step
- Remove weight sheet and turn in to QA, as well as remove downtime log and file
- Confirm operators calculations on product produced and material consumed on a daily basis
- Calculate actual scrap percentage on WIP calculated and recorded for total of finished goods produced
- Review scrap percentage above acceptable 4% or below actual target weights with Production Lead and/or
- Supervisor (Document WIP scrap percentage on yellows and explanations outside acceptable range)
- Review any discrepancies on paperwork with Production Lead and/or Supervisor
- Reporting finished cases, eaches and pounds produced per work order
- Consumption of materials used in packaging work orders
- Cycle counts of material as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and distinguish raw material codes and lot numbers
- Ability to read and distinguish finished goods product codes and lot numbers
