Currently seeking craftsmen and craftswomen from diverse backgrounds and skill sets to work in a manufacturing setting. Our positions include woodworking with hand tools, palm sanders, drum sanders, belt sanders, drill presses to assembly, and shipping/receiving. We are looking for motivated individuals able to follow processes and instructions both independently and in a team setting. Positions start at $14.00 an hour with overtime potential and full benefits after 90 days of hire.
Job Tasks:
A production associate typically:
Rotates through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
Determines work assignments and procedures.
Communicates daily with supervisors and employees
Operates palm sanders, drum sanders, belt sanders, drill presses, and other woodworking tools.
Ensures individual safety and PPE standards are met.
Job Specifications:
Proficiency with power and hand tools preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work 9 - 10 hour days
