We are actively hiring Production Associates, and providing a schedule of 12 hour shifts: 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am - Working 7 days, and then you are off for 7 days – allowing you to be off every other week! Key Responsibilities - Production Associate - $16.50/hr - $500 Sign on Bonus!
- Identifying and communicating quality defects to take corrective action
- Trimming the ends, vents and flash on each tread and dispose of all scrap
- Meeting and exceeding safety, production, and quality goals
- Must have open availability as the plant is open 24 hours a day. This includes days, nights, and weekends.
- 12-hour shifts; 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Required Skills and Knowledge- Production Associate - $16.50/hr - $500 Sign on Bonus!
- Able to stand for long period of times in a warehouse environment 12-hour shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to follow directions and detail oriented
- Able to trim tires 100% and understand the Flash grade requirement
Education and Experience - Production Associate - $16.50/hr - $500 Sign on Bonus!
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Job Longevity
- Able to work during the day or the night
- Requires bending, lifting up to fifty (50) pounds, and placing tires on pallets
- Able to work in heat
Benefits and Pay - Production Associate - $16.50/hr - $500 Sign on Bonus!
- $16.50/ hour
- $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
