Bayou Carlin Oyster Company is a wholesale food manufacturing company. We produce a frozen, ready-to-grill oyster kit. We are looking for dependable production assistants. Production workers will assist in creating chef-inspired compound butters, inventory intake and management, and creating the finished ready-to-grill oyster kits to be packaged for wholesale distribution. Shifts would be weekdays from 8/10am-4pm.
