Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and musical instruments is seeking to hire Product Testers to add to our growing Service team! This person is responsible for inspecting and testing our returns of live sound & recording hardware, pro audio software, and a variety of music equipment for proper function and sellability.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have basic working knowledge of MIDI and audio recording concepts, music technology
• Familiar with using a wide variety of professional audio equipment such as analog and digital mixers/interfaces, microphones, synthesizers, guitar amps, etc
• Desire to pay close attention to detail, high level of organization, and the responsibility to promptly complete assigned tasks
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• The ability to work both individually and with a team
• Familiarity with iOS, MAC, and PC functionality
