What you will be doing:

  • You will partner with Podium customers to help answer how-to questions about the Podium platform. When they have questions, you have answers!
  • You will troubleshoot customer challenges and come up with creative solutions as needed to keep the customer working on what matters most, their business.
  • You will deliver a "human-first" experience for customers through voice and written channels: chat, email, phone, and Podium tools
  • You will become an expert in Podium products, both at a technical and customer use case level.
  • You will prioritize responding quickly and accurately to customers and resolve their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • You will not stop at a simple resolution, but will look for opportunities to help customers maximize their value from Podium, looking for new ways to work smarter and delight customers!
  • You will collaborate with peer team members (Sales, Onboarding, Retention etc) to increase customer engagement and contribute to retaining customers long term, working as one team!

What experience you should have:

  • 1-2 years providing customer support to businesses with examples where you've influenced customers for the better
  • Demonstrated background of providing Support for online software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products
  • The ability to balance working independently and through ambiguity while contributing to a strong team environment
  • The focus to quickly react to changing priorities and customer needs
  • An aptitude to stay highly organized with excellent prioritization skills
  • You are familiar with basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
