Come join our Morrie’s team as a Product Specialist. Product Specialists strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly vehicle sales quotas. In this role, you will assist customers in making their vehicle purchase decision. You will assist by identifying their needs and wants and matching them with the solution that is best for them.

Morrie’s provides Product Specialists with Buy Happy Sales training to prepare for the role. The training continues at the dealership to ensure success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide the Buy Happy experience to all customers who enter the dealership, answer questions and helping them select a vehicle that fits their needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and managers
  • Keep up-to-date on products, features, and accessories available to successfully-train-and educate the customer
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to effectively-close deals
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up, ensure-that the customer understands the vehicles operation features, the Buy Happy promises and paperwork
  • Follow up all post-purchase action items including tag/title work
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Offer:
  • Ability to communicate at a high level, both verbally and in writing
  • Organizational and computer skills are required for the position
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Have a valid state driver's license
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required and a college degree is preferred
