Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide the Buy Happy experience to all customers who enter the dealership, answer questions and helping them select a vehicle that fits their needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and managers
  • Keep up-to-date on products, features, and accessories available to successfully-train-and educate the customer
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to effectively-close deals
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up, ensure-that the customer understands the vehicles operation features, the Buy Happy promises and paperwork
  • Follow up all post-purchase action items including tag/title work
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Organizational and computer skills are required for the position
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Have a valid state driver's license
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required and a college degree is preferred
