Product Owner/Technical Product Manager

Location: Onsite (North Andover, MA)

Duration: Full Time with client

Client: Fulcrum

Technical Product Manager experience, Agile/Scrum, Creating Product Roadmap. Manage the technical requirements, product development, and launch of new products and features. User story creation

Responsibilities:

· Work cross functionally to refine, scope, and create detailed functional specifications

· Manage the technical requirements, product development, and launch of new products and features

· Work with engineering and delivery teams to align technical strategy and architecture needs within the product roadmap

· Lead and facilitate the Product Development teams through scrums, and the managing of Azure DevOps ticket queues of user stories, features, epics and defects

· Coordinate with QA leads to ensure that the baseline criteria are met in order to allow for successful release of new platform features

· Control and monitor change requests

Requirements
· 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in the tech industry with advanced technical knowledge

· Direct experience in delivering product using iterative or Agile methodologies

· College degree in computer science or similar STEM field would be ideal

· A deep understanding of project management processes and disciplines

· Strong soft skills with the ability to partner effectively with various cross-functional teams

· Strong knowledge of web technologies, web design, and the delivery of solutions with “customer centric” creative and engineering components

· A bias toward action and a proven track record of delivering minimum viable products to market at rapid speed

· Ability to proactively identify impediments on the critical path and remove them

· A structured problem-solving approach to help a team work through a wide range of issues

· Intellectual curiosity for emerging technologies and engineering challenges

· Ability to prioritize across different types of value dimensions

· Previous experience with managing teams using Azure DevOps is a plus

· Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $74,487.06 - $151,890.63 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
