Job Description:
Summary of Position:
The Product Management Associate will be a detail oriented and self-driven professional who will assist in system set up and document creation, product maintenance and editing, and compliance review and submission. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to effectively work with both the functional and cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, claims and customer service, as well as the Crum and Forster product, underwriting, legal, and compliance team. They will collaborate on projects to develop, test, and launch products.

What you will do:

Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely set up of new products using underwriter and account guidelines
  • Create, revise, and review plan documents and other related policy forms
  • Convert forms into PDF versions and proofs for prints
  • Supports complete product and document lifecycle from set-up, through testing, and to delivery
  • Work alongside the QA and Development team on product testing, bug reporting, and change requests
  • Ensures accuracy and relevancy of competitive intelligence
  • Work to ensure compliance of product information on TII and agency marketing and websites
  • Supplies assistance on regulatory and compliance requests, as well as special projects
  • Continuously updates product and job knowledge
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely by telephone, email, and via written specifications

What you will bring to C&F:
  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior internship or work experience in a corporate setting preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Some travel – ability to work remotely if not local and attend quarterly on-site team collaboration sessions.
