The Product Manager III / Senior Product Manager will manage a new or existing software initiative to improve communication between internal teams and streamline internal business operations. They will gather requirements by working directly with end users and stakeholders, and coordinate the project details as directed through documentation, development, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, prioritize and respond to requests for software updates and modifications
  • Consistently visualize solutions, document research and implement change
  • Maintain a detail oriented mindset while innovating new solutions to existing problems
  • Problem-solve existing challenges and anticipate potential future issues
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
  • Write and manage user stories
  • Create workflows
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and Development team on design
  • Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, with Information Systems or related field being strongly preferred
  • 6+ years of applicable experience in product management required
  • PM experience with internal/enterprise application(s)
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is required

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $161,000 to $175,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
