Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. You will focus on helping us build our API & SaaS roadmaps.

As a product manager, you'll manage and own some of our most popular products that serve millions of users across dozens of enterprise partners. That includes defining user journeys, refining the product in partnership with marketing and engineering, and developing/launching new products. You'll work with our customers, our product teams, and cross-functional partners to build a comprehensive and smooth experience for our users.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs by spending time with customers, sales, engineering, and support and observing patterns/trends across their feedback and the market
• Help define the product strategy and roadmap for your product domain, including important aspects of the user journey
• Deliver products and features that directly impact the growth of the business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a product role
• Experience developing a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale products
• Knowledge in APIs, products, and complex systems at scale
• Experience with consumer tech products a plus
• Worked on both early-stage and growth-stage products
