Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer to drive innovation across business models, products, and capabilities.
  • Research, interpret and analyze the current market and industry trends and competitive environment for the purpose of defining a new portfolio of products and services and outlining a clear roadmap.
  • Support roadmap recommendations to management including the launch of new features, products, and services.
  • Execute business strategy specifically connected to product development and enhancements.
  • Assist in the planning, development, design, and implementation of assigned program or product launch across development teams.
  • Support vendor relationships to ensure road map requirements are met.
  • Monitor product performance and stability and outline corrective measures as needed.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
  • Facilitate identification of project impacts across all business areas.
  • Aligns performance with company objectives and performance measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year, accredited institution.
  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to compile data, analyze results, and recommend course corrections.
  • A results-oriented, data-driven individual that understands the importance of measurements and ROI.
  • Ability to work under pressure of shifting priorities; ability to follow through with multiple projects.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Skilled with gathering competitive research.
  • Exceptional knowledge of computer applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
  • Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
