Troemner's Research and Development department is looking for an engineer with project management experience. You will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical or electromechanical products. Our product lines are utilized in chemical and biomedical fields globally.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree (B. S. in Mechanical Engineering or B.S. Electrical) from four-year college or university; plus a minimum of three years related experience and/or training. Must have Program Management experience. Experience in Microsoft Office and Solidworks CAD package is also required.

This position is for a New Jersey unit of Mettler-Toledo named Troemner. We are located about 15 miles from Philadelphia in Thorofare, NJ. Mettler-Toledo acquired Troemner in 2016. Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Troemner's Research and Development department is looking for an engineer with project management experience. You will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical or electromechanical products. Our product lines are utilized in chemical and biomedical fields globally.
- Responsible project management on new product development projects, including ownership of schedule, cost and quality deliverables.
- Works with product or equipment specifications, performance requirements and customer requirements to determine designs which can be produced by new or existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods.
- Designs new products or modifies existing products considering costs, size, shape, drive systems, and time limitations.
- Provides technical information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations.
- Confers with product management, manufacturing and technical personnel to clarify or resolve problems and prepares design modifications as required.
- Researches materials and components needed and confers with Purchasing to specify. Interfaces with vendors as necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned.
