Work Environment:

The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI, but it will offer a hybrid work arrangement allowing the flexibility to work a few days a week from home.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for tracking and receipt of all development and production samples ensuring they are received and distributed to the appropriate teams
• Manage all product development assets in and out of department (shipping/receiving packages, pulls from stock).
• Execute wash testing
• Manage all samples no longer needed (send to outlet, donate, etc.)
• Assists in the coordination of supplier meetings (including agendas, scheduling, lunch)
• Support the Material Development Manager by coordinating and reviewing material testing
• Assists in scheduling, prepping and setting up for all major product milestone meetings
• Data entry in PLM system related to materials, BOMs and seasonal milestone dates including Product Briefs, Supplier information, Material Codes, and proto check-in
• Seasonal General Compliance Conformmity (GCC) distribution with suppliers

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years related experience
• Associates degree in business, design, product development, retail merchandising, or equivalent experience required
• Self-motivated with a love for the details.
• Strong foundation of prioritization and organizational skills.
• Strong foundation of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills –Microsoft Office, Excel, PLM.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from concept to completion with time constraints.
• Solution oriented and customer-focused
• A team player who fosters cross functional relationships

Compensation: $21.10/hour

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
