POSITION SUMMARY

This position will report to the Director of Global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs. The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting data and documentation by working with suppliers and obtaining compliant documentation for existing and new ingredients and or products. The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for data integrity efforts while working closely with relevant stakeholders such as Packaging, Quality, Operations, IT, Marketing, Procurement and New Product Development. This role will not only be responsible for the integration of data within the SAP PLM system but also by working with cross-functional teams to guide the process for product development from a data and compliance perspective to ensure Product Data Coordinator Service Level Agreements for projects are met. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive business relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate Product Life Cycle Management within SAP PLM in full compliance with applicable regulatory obligations and quality standards
  • Partnering with Supplier Quality, Obtain or Liaise with suppliers and distributors to obtain ingredient documentation
  • Review documentation and analyze key technical attributes to ensure compliance
  • Upload documentation within the SAP Document Management System
  • Input Ingredient, Formula, Packaging, Artwork and Finished Good data by creating specifications within PLM
  • Serve as an advisor to the New Product Development team on Product Life Cycle coordination efforts


WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional Experience – At least one (1) year of recent experience in SAP PLM is required
  • Recent experience in the Food & Beverage or CPG industry is strongly preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred (Data Sciences, Packaging, Biology, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Food Science or Nutrition Science-preferred)


LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • None although multilingual is preferred (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese)

  • Up to 10% Travel
