The Headlines:
In the role of G&A/IT Procurement Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the G&A/Information Technology Procurement team managing Information Technology categories and suppliers. The G&A/IT Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of key procurement data, including spend and payment analysis, supplier scorecard data, and supplier data. This role is also responsible for managing and processing legal contract documents. You will bring a working knowledge and understanding of the Procurement principles and practices, contract administration and various forms of licensing to be suitable for this role.

The role will be challenging, rewarding and with a strong focus on career development and learning opportunities for the chosen individual. This position reports to the Director of Procurement – G&A/Information Technology and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners.

The Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of G&A/IT supplier contracts.
  • Work closely with G&A/IT Category Managers.
  • Ensure contract information is accurate.
  • Liaise closely with the supplier and Accounts Payable to ensure payment.
  • Communication with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
  • Perform analysis in support of G&A/IT Procurement initiatives, such as category strategies, supplier management and savings projects.
  • Utilize tools and systems to communicate and collaborate effectively, while staying extremely organized.

Qualifications:
2 or more years of relevant experience in Procurement Operations specializing in G&A/Information Technology categories (e.g., software & hardware services, Human Resources, Telecom, Digital, etc.).

  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high paced dynamic environment and capable of prioritizing workload to meet scheduling demands and timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with customer focus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other analytics-based software (e.g., Power BI) is required.
  • Experience using SAP and Ariba.
  • Analyze and implement process improvements that streamlines operations and raise the quality of Procurement services.
  • Ability to manage and process legal contract documents involving G&A/IT Procurement
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of Procurement and contract administration.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and eternal clients, providing exemplary customer service and support.
  • Make decisions and judgments based on standard procedures and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize several projects and tasks at one time.
  • Aptitude for data entry and maintaining recordkeeping systems and be able to handle confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with a high level of quality and attention to detail with strong financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to respond to situations and respond with the appropriate level of urgency, working in a fast-paced environment with pressure to meet deadlines, often leading others to deliver.
  • Demonstrate excellent vendor management skills, included ability to develop and manage business driven supplier relationships.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with G&A/IT standards and industry best practices.
