This role is eligible for remote work with in the state of Virginia, however the candidate needs to be within commutable distance from the job location.

Travel to job location a couple of times a months is a must.

Primary responsibility of a Process Improvement Engineer is to make significant changes in clinical, operational or transformational processes with a strategic or operational focus. Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, organize resources, select and implement the appropriate improvement methodology and ensure projects are conducted successfully. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Engineering or related field required. Master's degree preferred. 3 years experience in healthcare management/operations, finance, or process improvement required. Admin Fellow experience may be considered in lieu of experience. Project Management Certification preferred. Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma certification and/or statistics class completion preferred.
