Private Select Specialist

The following position is open in Loretto Kentucky, United States. This position will be based at the distillery which is approximately 20 miles south of Bardstown, KY.

Role Responsibilities

• Assists with planning Private Selection experiences
• Leads Private Selection customer experiences
• Assists with managing the Private Select tasting rooms facilities
• Provides additional support to the PS and Trade Engagement Manager as needed
• Supports and adhere to the job requirements for the department with regards to Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and fully support the company IMS objectives and initiatives
• Other duties as indicated

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in the Spirits industry
• Experience working with on and off-premises trade teams
• Prior hospitality and tourism experience
• Whisky distillery operations knowledge
• Excellent interaction with the public
• Self-starter, innovative
• Advanced communication skills
• Team oriented
• General office equipment knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Non-Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with Private / Single Barrel Programs
