The great thing about this part-time stress-free position is that you work directly 1:1 with one of our members, building a trusting relationship in a comfortable and safe environment in their home.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Complete supportive cares requested by member such as light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens, meal prep, etc.

· Assist in projects around the home such as decluttering, organizing, moving boxes, etc.

· Run errands for the member (grocery shopping and the bank).

HOURS:

· 4 to 12 hours per week ~ flexible schedule (mornings, afternoon, or evening hours to be discussed at the time of phone screening).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Must pass a favorable background screening

· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Maintain a friendly, laid-back, and positive attitude.

· Ability to leave political correctness at the door while maintaining professionalism and respect.

· Enjoy providing companionship.

Community Horizons LLC. offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how to receive them.

Please note the male member makes all employment decisions as a fiscal agent manages all aspects of payroll.
