The Santa Lucia Preserve is a private community dedicated to appreciating and respecting the area’s natural beauty, geography, history, and cultural setting. The Preserve's 20,000 acres are home to a lively community of just under 300 families and a team of talented staff. Our Gatehouse at 1 Rancho San Carlos Road is just a few minutes from Highway 1 in Carmel. A scenic private road takes you into the heart of The Preserve in just 20 minutes.

The Santa Lucia Preserve is hiring for full-time housekeepers to provide the maximum quality of cleanliness for our members and homeowners. Housekeepers meet every morning at our Gate House at 1 Rancho San Carlos Rd, clock in and then drive to homes on the Preserve in company cars. Responsibilities include:

• Provide housekeeping services to private residences within The Santa Lucia Preserve
• Positive interaction with fellow team members and the community as a whole
• Work according to standards to ensure consistency

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred
• Professional demeanor, ethical behavior and be able to communicate in English
• DMV report required as you may drive a company car
• Background check necessary as you are in private homes
