As a server at The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware according to event specifications

- Greeting guests

- Serving food and beverages to guests according to established standards and procedures

- Anticipating guests' needs and responding to their requests promptly and professionally

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times

- Working cooperatively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful event

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- At least one year of experience as a server in a banquet or catering setting

- A flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- A professional appearance and demeanor

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- A reliable mode of transportation

Working Conditions:

• Physical requirements include standing (for periods up to 5 hours at a time), walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds without assistance.
• Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
• Employee must provide proper footwear (all black, nonskid/nonslip sneaker)
• Employees must provide proper black dress pants and black button-down shirt.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
