Serenity Home Healthcare, INC . is an agency seeking Nurses to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to a 5-year old female patient with Gtube, and Trach.

Requirements:
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
- Private Duty experience preferred, but not required
- Current CPR certification
- Recent TB test (within last year)
- Yearly Physical document
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
- Skillful, accurate and timely clinical documentation and supply management
- Physically able to perform the job duties required for this position
Job Type: Part-time & Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
