A full service graphic production and design company is searching for a driven, meticulous and industrious Logistics manager to support Production Director. Candidates should be detailed-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Summary:
Responsible for performing administrative tasks to support production, manage the inventory system, purchase orders and shipping.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Assist with processing POs, updating in database, coordination of shipments and delivery
• Communicate changes in day-to-day activities to other employees as directed
• Collect and prepare information for various operational reports
• Oversee materials control and inventory, as well as assist in ordering of materials
• Provide confidential administrative support to department leadership and others as requested

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years current administrative experience working with inventory systems, and shipping management software
• College degree
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage and motivate people
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Fast learner and knowledge on using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS online

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Freeport, NY 11520: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
