MDVIP is assisting our affiliate Sandra Levitt, MD at Innovative Primary Care in her search for a Board-certified Internist to join her integrated medical practice where they include a holistic and naturopathic approach to traditional medicine.

The ideal candidate should be a team player who is attentive and passionate about offering individualized care to our patients.

Requirements:

• Internal Medicine MD or DO
• Board-certified and Board-eligible are welcome
• Valid Arizona Medical License along with DEA
