Due to our continued growth, we are searching for a Press Brake Operator to join our growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Receives instructions, prints, and work orders for the job.

· Plans details of working procedure and tooling requirements.

· Sets up Press Brake with appropriate tooling for the part to be formed.

· Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to operate multi-axis CNC press brakes (familiar with Cincinnati Inc. press brakes is a plus)

· Knowledge of material forming fundamentals, die selection and measuring equipment (micrometers, dial calipers, squares, etc.)

· Use and be familiar with basic hand tools and measuring tools

· Must be able to read, follow and understand blueprints, methods, procedural instructions and interpret visual aids

· Must be able to perform basic math

Minimum Requirements:

· One year experience in a sheet metal fabrication operation

· Knowledge and use of measuring equipment (rulers, micrometers, dial calipers, squares)

· Abillty to accurately and efficiently complete all required tasks and documentation

· Must be able to function well in a fast paced work environment and deal with a variety of work situations

· Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers

· Follow safety and housekeeping guidelines

Essential Physical Functions:

· The employee is required to stand and walk

· Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted repetitiously and consistently.

· Work involves considerable stooping, bending, lifting and working overhead in semi-climate controlled factory setting

· Work involves varying degrees of precision and control where damage could be considerable

· Work performed in a fast paced, shop environment
