Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits is a family-owned, high-volume restaurant with a 27+ year history on 89A at the crossroads of Uptown Sedona

We are currently hiring Prep Cooks. However, we value good employees and are always looking to add talent to our team. We provide competitive wages ranging from $15 to $20 per hour dependent upon position and experience, cash incentives for weekend work, medical/dental /vision/life insurance benefits, and an employee dining program. We also give a $100 sign-on bonus following a successful 7 days of employment and an additional $200 after 30 days.

Duties:
- Measuring and mixing ingredients
- Washing, peeling and cutting fruits and vegetables
- Trimming and cutting meat, poultry, and fish
- Stocking, dating, rotating and checking temperatures of products
- Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment
- Preparing food items according to company/concept standards and maintaining food safety and sanitation while providing the highest quality of service
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
- Ability to stand throughout the entire shift and lift 40lbs.
- Food Handlers Certification complying with state requirements.
