We are currently hiring talented Prep Cooks to join our fun, energetic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, versatile, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients before they are sent to the kitchen staff. Prep Cooks must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and have an interest in food prep. A great Prep Cook is also comfortable working with other employees in a fun work environment and capable of managing time efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Follow health and safety protocols when preparing food, taking temperatures, and cleaning work areas.
- Prepare food according to recipes and specifications.
- Monitor quality of food and adjust recipes as needed.
- Prepare food quickly.
- Wash and peel produce as needed.
- Communicate with other kitchen staff during rush times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.80 - $16.00 per hour
