- Ability to Read, Comprehend, and Follow Restaurant Food Manual and Instruction Guides
- Follow a Prep List and Prioritize Completion Based on Par Levels and Restaurant Need
- Adhere to Product Date Labelling and Food Storage Hierarchy Guidelines, as Outlined by Restaurant Policy and Health Department Regulation
- Prepare Recipes by Measuring Ingredients, Boiling, Broiling, Baking, Sauteing, and Using Proper Cooling Methods
- Clean, Sanitize, and Detail the Prep Workspace as Needed and as Required by Restaurant Standard
- Manage Time Effectively and Work Efficiently to Yield High Quality Food Products
- Operate, Maintain, Clean, and Sanitize all Kitchen Equipment per Instruction
- Follow all Safety and Sanitation Procedures as well as Restaurant Protocols
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years Restaurant Experience
- Kitchen Prep Experience Preferred
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Time Management Skills
- Must be 18+ to apply
- Serve Safe Certification a plus
