Job description

Sedgwick Restaurant Group & Affiliated Restaurants is currently looking for line cooks, prep cooks, and café cooks in our Milton locations including 7 Acre BarnGrill and The Union.

Responsibilities (may vary based on role)

• Execute all prep assignments quickly, efficiently, safely and according to the company's standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including tables, shelves, walls, storage areas, cooking, and refrigeration equipment, adhering to proper sanitation standards
• Understand and consistently comply with our standards regarding portion size, cooking methods, and kitchen rules at all times
• Prepare dishes on our menu according to restaurant recipes

Qualifications

• Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
• Ideally 1 to 5 years of experience cooking multiple stations in a professional table service kitchen
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with Kitchen Team Members and Kitchen Managers
• Obtain food safe certification if not already complete

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
