The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Sets up assigned areas before the event, to ensure proper items are in place in accordance with company procedures.
- Verifies and sets up all food items and utensils.
- Replenishes food, condiments, and utensils as needed.
- Maintains standard of orderliness and cleanliness of area throughout the event.
- Serves guests until the end of the required time.
- Clears all items from the area and cleans all surfaces.
- Re-sets and re-stocks area for next functions.
- Completes closing functions and checks out with the supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards.
- Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and food service training.
- Organizational skills; detail-oriented.
- Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment.
- Good communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests and retain and communicate menu information and service preferences.
- Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up of the area.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
- Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen/area and climate-controlled dining environment.
- May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
