We are currently looking for presales / screeners to join our experts in assisting our team. We want to give every customer, all the essentials needed to have a peace of mind when signing up for coverage.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls only
- Educate customers on the policy
- Handle all customer calls on timely basis
- Team player, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multi tasking capabilities
- Closing leads daily
- Present themselves well over the phone
Requirements
- Ability to understand, follow procedures and company policy
- Perform job at workstation for a prolonged length of time
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Hungry for “unlimited growth” and “unlimited income”
- Ability to coordinate betweenhigh volume calls (70-80 per day)
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Show initiative and judgement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,400.00 - $75,700.00 per year
