Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Presales Consultant to provide presales support to the team. We need a candidate who can develop solutions and organize, plan, create & deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a team of inside sales executives/associates.
  • Actively sourcing new Sales Opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social media reach (LinkedIn).
  • Work with the Inside sales head to define and refine GTM, Ideal Customer Profiles, Target Market, Industries, Designations, etc.
  • Own and allocate the assigned lead quota within the team.
  • Maintain an ecosystem for team members to accomplish goals efficiently.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of assigned products/services, value propositions, and competition.
  • Explore newer industries, markets, and sales methodologies to continuously improve the lead gen mechanism and put them into practice.
  • Continuously investing in learning about target industries, their challenges, and opportunities to pitch.
  • Own and manage specific industries and assigned target databases to build and manage pipelines.
  • Maintain business communication and tasks on CRM (Customer Relationship
  • Management) to be more efficient and enable reporting easier.
    Ability to demonstrate product & service offerings.
  • Work closely with the team lead, and provide feedback on customer requirements, the relevance of content, etc.
  • Nurturing the leads by educating them about the benefits of the product and advising prospects on suitable product selection based on their requirement.
  • Continuous improvement on conversion rates by upselling, cross-selling, and understanding product-prospect fit

Job Requirements

  • Handhold the opportunity life cycle starting from evaluation to requirement elicitation, solutions, proposing, and closure.
  • Be a technology evangelist and consult with customers for addressing their pain points using Cloud, Data, and other offerings of company.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for conducting presales discovery sessions (Onsite/Remote) and build proposals/artifacts that clearly communicate the value that we deliver for customers.
  • Be a supporting arm for the sales function, and provide intel/knowledge/mentoring to improve conversions
  • Articulate sales pitches for various company products/offerings
  • Manage a team of presales executives who work on various products and offerings, and mentor them on the best practices, trends, and benchmarks.
  • Lead opportunity response for multi-million deals on Cloud and Data Engineering.
  • Proactively identify opportunities that exist with customers and prospects
