Position Overview:
We are looking for several technical rockstars to join our growing company focused on making clinical communications and scheduling more effective, collaboration more intuitive, health systems better, and communities stronger. Don't miss out on this opportunity!
The Application Analyst will be responsible for building, configuring and adjusting PerfectServe's user applications to support the company's continued customer growth. They will be required to have a deep understanding of the PerfectServe platform to best apply the company's technology to meet the workflow needs of our customers and their providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and work a service ticket queue for new user, deactivation, large-scale implementation project (e.g., solution optimizations, annual resident project, migrations, etc.) requests from existing customers; build, adjust and deactivate user applications based on established standards and best practices.
  • Support new customer implementations by collaborating with implementation consultants to design, build and configure new user applications to meet the workflow needs of the end users while complying with customer and company configuration standards.
  • Provide technical support, occasionally onsite, and make the appropriate user application adjustments during new customer go lives.
  • Monitor and make the necessary user and schedule application changes for PerfectServe's synced applications.
  • Execute testing protocols when new devices are added to user applications.
  • Contribute to configuration standards best practices and documentation
  • Execute the company's configuration quality assurance program.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a technical client-facing role
  • Proven critical thinking and technical aptitude skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft and/or Google suite of products (e.g., excel/sheets, word/docs, etc.)
  • Driven, positive and collaborative attitude a must
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
