Job Title: Power Apps Developer Intern

Location: On site, Milwaukee, WI - on site

Compensation: $23.50-$25.50/hr, depending on experience/education

Hours: 8 hour shift - 8am-5pm (flexible on hours), 4day weekends

MilliporeSigma has an exciting opportunity for a Power Apps Developer Intern in Milwaukee, WI. This position will be responsible for creating Microsoft Power Applications for root cause analysis, breakdown data, and process utilization data. The person in this role works closely with maintenance personnel and Reliability Engineer.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages) Teams, and Share Point Lists.

- Knowledge and experience with integrating PowerApps with internal systems.

- Knowledge of data manipulation tools and analysis techniques using PowerBI

- Collaborate with teams involved in the process to assist with upgrades in application, troubleshooting, and initial training.

- SAP experience Preferred

- Inventory/identifying of mechanical parts/part #s

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Ensure safety standards are always followed and improved on wherever and whenever possible
  • Professionally and systematically guide the refinement of the preventive maintenance function on all systems to maximize reliability
  • Ensure the application of NFPA/NEC regulatory standards in conjunction with MilliporeSigma local and corporate standards
  • Develop good working relationships with site personnel to ensure maintenance and project objectives are met, to anticipate and resolve technical difficulties, and to minimize any disruptive effect of maintenance/ projects on production
  • Review/advise on creating and revising equipment standards across sites and ensuring critical spare parts are identified

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree from ABET accredited school, studying in computer programing, computer/software engineering, coding
  • Must have experience Microsoft Power Apps
  • **Must have willingness to learn, energy to create tools to make department more efficient in inventory**

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience Microsoft Power Automation
  • Experience with SAP
