Responsibilities:
Processing of policies, non-premium bearing endorsements and cancellations/non- renewals/reinstatements/recessions.

Policy Processor I - duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Follow instructions provided to accurately issue policies, endorsements, cancellations/non-renewals/reinstatement/recessions.

2. Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely fashion to meet service goals as well as reporting requirements.

3. Maintain electronic files and update tracking of transactions through completion.

4. Develop, maintain, and enhance good working relations with co-workers and other company personnel with whom contact is necessary to perform job responsibilities.

Experience/Required Skills:

· High School Diploma
· Proficient PC skills, primarily data entry.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Excellent planning and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with consideration for meeting deadlines.
· Ability to handle pressure.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Insurance education/training

Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to sit; occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
