The Policy Communications Manager is responsible for the understanding relevant data and applying that to the development, coordination, implementation, and/or administration of communications programs. Whether audience specific/dependent or spanning multiple targeted audiences this role considers implications for the media, industry, stockholders, and employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:

  • Develops, implements, and administers communications policies responsive to corporate and business objectives.
  • Developing program skills and stakeholder management.
  • Creates & reviews materials intended for public and release to ensure that they represent the best interests of the company for quality, stockholders and employees and are consistent with established company communications objectives and policies.
  • Plans, prepares, and disseminates information.
  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, industry knowledge, business understanding and judgement.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, political science, government affairs or related field with a minimum of 5+ years work experience or a Master's degree with 3-years work experience working within government affairs or technology industry environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a government communications role (i.e. Administration, U.S. Congress)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington, California: $102,120.00-$169,020.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
