MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctoral degree in podiatric medicine.
• Must have graduated from a school or college of podiatric medicine accredited by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA).
• Passed the examination administered by the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners (NBPME).
• Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES: Licensed and in good standing with the Oregon Medical Board.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: 2 years experience.
