Job Mission

The Plumbing Technician provides bluefrog Plumbing + Drain clients with courteous, professional, and technically correct installations of our products and services. The successful Plumbing Technician is able to communicate with the customer in a way that demonstrate empathy and understanding of issues and concerns and is able to provide ultimate customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer experience.

The Plumbing Technician is the primary contact with our customers. The Plumbing Technician protects the image of the brand through appearance, technical knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

Using your technical experience to

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing services to customers.
• Maintain and keep clean company issued tools, equipment, and vehicles used on the job.
• Complete all job-related paperwork with timeliness and accuracy.
• Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and excellence in work performance.
• Perform all assigned work with integrity, courteousness, and “can-do” positive attitude.
• Meet minimum performance metrics in sales, wins and average job size

Minimum expected requirements.

• Plumbing education, training or experience required
• Must have and maintain valid driving license with clean driving record and maintain clean record.
• Must pass and maintain background and drug testing.
• Residential plumbing experience preferred
