Scheduler Job Description

We are seeking a full time Scheduler/Dispatcher to expertly schedule, route, and dispatch a high volume of projects. The position will be 100% work from home for the foreseeable future. The

Scheduler/Dispatcher role is ultimately about making smart scheduling decisions to maintain our company’s superior operational efficiency and profitability.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Utilizing our software to map and optimize routes for existing projects.

• Scheduling site visits/inspections with clients.

• Selecting the most appropriate field tech or inspector to assign to a project.

• Communicating with field staff in real time on issues in the field (client no shows, no access, etc).

• Communicating with clients on scheduling matters.

• Escalating problems relating to scheduling and dispatching to our or account management team.

Required:

• Degree from a four-year college (Preferred)

• Computer and software savvy

• Ability to wear multiple hats and work on varying areas of a particular project or service.

• Always thinking about efficiency. Prefers using software when possible

• Feels great about providing great service.

• Organized and detail oriented.

• Can quickly build rapport with clients, colleagues, contractors, vendors

• Self-starter. Able perform at a high level without continuous instructions

• $50,000-$60,000 per year salary
