Job description

We are looking for a Mechatronic engineer (or similar) with experience on PLC and HMI programing with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience

- Candidate will work between 45 to 55 hours a week depending on the amount of projects and customer requirements

-20-30% of time traveling to customer sites for commisioning

- Candidate must read and understand Electrical diagramns of machinery

- PLC programing includding Ladder Logic and Function Blocks (Siemens and Allen-Bradley)

- HMI design and configuration

- Communication between the PLC, HMI and field devices

- Knowledge about Vision systems (Cognex/Keyence)

- Experience on installation, startup and commisioning of PLC automated control systems

- Interact and comunicate effectively with customers to evaluate issues during the project and with the ability to solve the problems that may occur and solve them acording with the customer requirements

- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

- Ability to work with multiple projects

- Current engineer license

- Time management and organization skills

- BS degree in Mechatronic Engineering or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.52 - $39.66 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
