Plastic Injection Molding Technician

Location: Eatontown, NJ

Pay Rate: $24 - $28 per hour

6AM-6PM Thursday-Saturday & every other Wednesday

We currently have an outstanding career opportunity with a leading plastic component manufacturing company located in Eatontown, NJ.

The Injection Molding Technician will ensure injection molding machines run to quality standards and meet all production goals and ensure all safety and housekeeping procedures are followed.

Duties:

• Thorough knowledge of plastic injection mold set-up/processes and equipment including, molding machines, grinders, spru pickers, color blenders and loaders.
• Ensure efficient operation of injection molding machines including, but not limited to, checking in process and finished parts for errors and promptly correcting part defects or problems upon identification.
• Perform material handling functions including, but not limited to, dispensing resins from hoppers, accurately weighing and identifying material, organizing resins in staging areas, moving completed parts into staging areas.

Requirements:

• Injection molding experience as a technician
