Job description
Train all existing personnel and provide 2 week indoctrination for all newly hired personnel.
Train and ensure all personnel are qualified, documented, and maintained proficient in their job duties.
The trainer will periodically provide coverage for personnel on vacation if otherwise not designated for training or audits.
They will be qualified through shift supervisor to perform duties as assigned by the plant manager.
Perform internal audits as assigned by the Plant Manager
Assist in maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, and food safety regulations
Provide and monitor 5S training program and compliance.
Provide mentorship for new employees to maximize employee retention and ensure safe work practices.
Progress toward Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
